History

Located near Chinatown and Tribeca, Santos Party House is a two-level, 8,000-square-foot (740 m2) music venue. The venue was designed by Ronald Castellano to function as a concert hall, dance club, and hang-out spot.[1]

It took the partners three years to acquire a cabaret license and turn the ex-factory into a state-of-the-art music lover's heaven.[2]

The downstairs space was opened on May 14th, 2008.[3] The upstairs space was opened on June 1st, 2008. In total, the venue features three bars, black walls and ceilings, dark wood floors, tall columns, and a colorful array of ever-changing decorations.[4]
